1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Vextica, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
2. Your account
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Tell us promptly at support@vextica.app if you suspect unauthorised access.
3. Acceptable use
- Only connect cameras you own or are authorised to access.
- Comply with all laws on surveillance, recording, and consent in your jurisdiction.
- Don't attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer for harm, or abuse the service or other users.
4. Plans & billing
Paid plans renew until cancelled. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades apply next cycle. Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
5. Your content
You retain all rights to your footage. We claim no ownership and, given our encryption model, have no access to your video.
6. Disclaimers
Vextica is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability but can't guarantee uninterrupted streams — never rely on it as the sole safeguard for life-safety situations.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app or by email. Continued use means acceptance.
